A festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, primarily on December 25. A religious and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world. Central to the Christian liturgical year, Christmas Day is celebrated religiously by a majority of Christians, as well as culturally by many non-Christians, and forms an integral part of the holiday season centered around it.

Have a feast because someone was born and lots of other people are doing it. Ok, but... meh.

Yep. I'm not giving up until it gets co-opted by enough that Hallmark releases a card for it.
