Question to all HDD experts: I have an HDD in a RAID array with almost 60,000 hours and so far according to SMART there are no problems. (Regular SMART checks and Offsite-Backup existing)
Should I replace the HDD as a preventive measure or only after SMART has warned me? It would be a pity if it would still work for a few months/years and instead lie useless somewhere.
