Wow, I completely miscounted my reps and I missed the last rounds of burpees too. I don't know what I was thinking about, but I was definitely not paying attention.

@cringe I thought so many times about how many reps I had done. Happens all the time to me. Even though my pace and heartrate is kind of slow compared to crossfit.

@ubo next time I'll do a checklist on the whiteboard... πŸ˜€ I was so focused to do the wall balls without a break that I totally lost track.

I do notice that I can't keep a high pace anymore, I guess that's the age creeping up on me. I need to consider the workout length and intensity and plan for rest inbetween. Quite noticable when I work out next to people half my age. 😎

That's what I know from training together with my nice from Sweden. She does a lot of Crossfit and isn't even half my age. In comparison, I seem to be at least 100 years old. 😒

@cringe In my case, it might be because of my age. With 61 orientation in space and time might be a problem. 😁
