The workout today was horrible. If you want to suffer, try this:

4 rounds of
21 Cal air bike
15 pull ups
9 thruster @ 60kg

I quickly scaled the thrusters to 40kg and on the 2nd 21cal I wanted to quit. Time cap is 15min and I had to drop to the floor after the workout. 😬

This one hit me like a brick wall.
