Off to the to do the 4th workout. Lots of box step ups, and lots of clean&jerks. I hope to get through the c&j at 80kg without blowing up, so I can do some single-leg squats.

I have to change shoes before or I have to wear the weightlifting shoes through the whole step ups too... Not sure if that's going to work, so I have to try it out beforehand.
