Almost done. Stitching the gusset was easy and faster than expected. Only a couple rivets missing at the top and I need to figure out if I can cut a shoulder strap without a tool... 🤔 #leathercraft #diy
@daniel_bohrer Long ruler would work, but I noticed that I can't get long cuts to be straigt. There are always squiggly parts. I could fix those afterwards with more cuts and sandpaper. But I think most ppl use those basic wooden tools to cut straps which are basically two pieces of wood with an andjustable blade inbetween.
@cringe I would imagine that a long ruler would work as well, or two pieces of wood screwed together as a guide and fixed with cable ties to a knife…?
