@cringe Nice so 1 Round is 5 PullUps, 10 Push Ups and 15 Squats?
What is you normal amount of Rounds?
1 Round and 30 secs pause?
@bithive I don't rest between rounds, but I did break the push ups into sets of 4 and 3 in the last couple rounds.
@cringe Wow I would be out of breath in no time.
My bones are aching from Tuesdays training too :)
@bithive I was too, but recently I try to push through a bit more. Usually I start too hot, so I have to throttle down. Especially if it's a 20min workout like Cindy - it's better to start a slower pace and keep that for the whole workout.
I didn't figure out how to speed up at the end yet... ๐
@cringe Yeah starting slow is a good advice if you still have power after your set or rounds, just do more till you are exhaused :D
I guess I will do some of your rounds tomorrow or today if I find the time (today is bbq day :D).
Thanks for your toot! Motivated me into more training!
@bithive I love those classic WODs, they are so simple, you can do them almost everywhere and it's a good burn.
Here's a link https://www.crossfit.com/workout/2005/01/19 in case you want to do the WOD. Have fun! ๐ ๐ช
@cringe Thanks! I will keep you updated ๐
@cringe Nice job ๐
@RunIt_BikeIt thanks, I wish I had counted though... but sometimes my brain just doesn't work when doing a lot of reps. ๐
@cringe yep, know what you mean, have that problem every time ๐
If that doesn't mean anything to your, 16 rounds would be 80 pull ups, 160 push ups and 240 squats. ๐
