I am really tired this afternoon. The hit me hard today...

I'm skipping the last meal of the day and replace it with some cognac. Not sure if that's a healthy , but it is what it is. 😎

Had a pretty good workout, it got nasty very quick. If you want to get your sweat on: 30 - 20 - 10 of Overhead Squats, Calories Row, Sit Ups, Alternating Jumping Lunges.

I also hit a lot of heavy split jerks before the workout, which I'm very happy about.

Is there any option to watch Free Solo online? Buy or rent, I don't care.
