I am really tired this afternoon. The #gym hit me hard today...
Had a pretty good #crossfit workout, it got nasty very quick. If you want to get your sweat on: 30 - 20 - 10 of Overhead Squats, Calories Row, Sit Ups, Alternating Jumping Lunges.
I also hit a lot of heavy split jerks before the workout, which I'm very happy about.
Off to the #gym. 🏋️
