Off to a lengthy . It's cold but sunny, should be a good time. Except the burpees... πŸ™ƒ

Day 1 of getting my nutrition routine back on track.

Usually if outer things change like moving or changing jobs I try to keep my routine as top priority. Same for the extended work from home situation lately.

So I'm back on my regular plain for RP Strength. Lots of vegetables, a decent amount of protein from different sources and some carbohydrates around my workout times. On rest days I cut the carbs back. Previously this gave good results even with some Cognac on weekends. πŸ™ƒ

I used the portrait feature of the 8 pro camera a couple times. It's ok but as expected it drops the ball when there are smaller details like my wireless earbuds. I probably won't use it and if I want to have good portraits I take my A7II.

I don't charge my phone over night anymore. I just plug the 8 pro in before breakfast and it's fully charged 30min later.

done for today. 20min AMRAP with dumbbell thrusters. I have to say, I start to feel comfortable in the bottom position.

I still die after a couple reps though. πŸ’€

I might be able to get my in before the rain starts... Quick couplet of DB snatches and air squats today.
