@deltatouch thank you for your great work. Could you explain how your protocol differs from signal's protocol and why you didn't use signal's?
@jubei DeltaTouch is a community client and does not implement its own protocols, but uses the chatmail/core library (formerly known as deltachat-core-rust) by the Delta Chat team. The lib is designed to be interoperable with e-mail. See https://delta.chat/en/help#is-end-to-end-encryption-of-delta-chat-as-safe-as-signal for a comparison to Signal.
