hm, just noticed that sometimes image attachments are embedded using the .../original/... URL, sometimes .../small/... — how does this work? Why sometimes the one, other times the other? Client dependent? Image size? Original, of course, looks much better.
Mastodon admins/devs: can the image size and/or quality (compression) of the previews be increased? On the profile pages (e.g. https://boardgames.social/@fabian) images look really crappy. The /small/ thumbs are too small, imho.
If you ever need a site to demonstrate what web tracking can do, this one is quite impressive
Does anyone know of an online tool for helping small voluntary organisations collaborate on tasks that need doing? I am asking for the hackspace I am in. The idea is for members to be able to post up tasks that need doing with details of what is needed to complete the task, and then for other members to sign up for the ones they feel able to take on and say when they are done. Ideally it should be able to handle repeating tasks, like volunteering to open up at our weekly open meeting. @kdsch
