Friday #cocktailhour #recipe: Dark and Stormy
4 cl spiced rum
10 cl ginger beer
1 cl lime juice
lime slice to garnish
Add a few ice cubes to your glass; squeeze a lime wedge over the ice. Pour the ginger beer over the ice.
I prefer a strongly spiced ginger beer like Fentimans or Fever Tree.
Gently pour the rum into the glass. This is where you get the color gradation.
Garnish with a lime slice. Feel smug you've made such an attractive drink. (Stir before drinking.)
