I do not consider myself "liberal" because liberalism is a form of capitalism. I consider myself as a socialist.

I want social equality for all and every person, I believe gender is a social construct, wish for marijuana to be decriminalized, want de govts to work solely for the well-being of its citizens...

Am I right by telling I'm not a liberal? Because all of this semantics is confusing

@frankiesaxx @Siphonay The word "liberal" has taken a heck of a beating in recent years. In the US it seems to have come to mean "everything Republicans don't like or want to demonise". It is complicated & I can't explain it all, but Wikipedia thinks it can, and it is one of the longest pages on there!
