Ich bin ja seeeehr selten direkt auf Twitter. Nutze Hootsuite und Buffer. Daher kann ich nur schwer vergleichen. Aber Mastodon gefällt mir ganz gut. Ich sehe zwar Verbesserungsbedarf, aber das ist wohl bei jeder neuen Plattform so. Was man gleich ändern könnte/sollte, wäre das Wording/Branding: "Mastodon" - ausgestorbenes Tier (warum eigentlich immer Tiere?), TOOT oder TRÖT? Really? :grinning:

Welche mobile App habt Ihr für Mastodon im Einsatz. Hab grad mal Tusky installiert. Ist okay, hat aber noch Luft nach oben.

Hat jemand schon heraus gefunden, was an der "local timeline" genau "local" ist? Finde sie im Moment wenig nützlich
Habt Ihr das auch, dass nachdem man jemandem folgt, das kleine Person+ Symbol in der Spalte "Notifications" grau bleibt? Im Profil desjenigen sieht man es dann, aber nicht in der Timeline, dass man schon folgt.
Wie? Keine gifs? Sollte es wirklich wahr sein? #freudekommtauf
