Anyone know if it's possible to change the server you're on? It didn't dawn on me until recently that the reason everyone is speaking German is because I'm on a .de server lol. I should probably be on a US server 🤣
The problem with working out outside here isn't the temperature. It's the laser beams hitting your skin. I can stand 85 degrees anywhere else, but here somehow the laser beams cut through and fry your hair follicles.
The reason for going with a MBP over system76 or razer was simply because work paid for the laptop, and macOS does exactly what I need it to do for work with no extra effort. The other ones would have been fun, but if they didn't work for work stuff, I would have been screwed.
So after stressing for months about what laptop to get before my current one dies, I ended up getting a #MacBookPro. It is a 15" with the touchbar.
The specs are almost identical to my 2012 MBP, but it runs really smooth. The touchbar is a waste. It doesn't work with any app I use, but it does suck up battery life. I get about ~6 hours out of it. Maybe 7 if I keep the brightness way down, and don't play music.
I got a refurb so I saved almost $800 on it, but gotta buy dongles now.
When was the last time you wiped your phone down with bleach? You should probably do that. Spray a little on a paper towel and wipe that phone down. Phones get nasty and we do stuff like stick them in our mouths and stuff
Oh, also, Fitbit has the ability to remote deactivate the device. They turned it off since they're sending a new one, and now the old one won't charge or turn on. Pretty crazy
The bezel came off my mom's Fitbit, so we called support.

Her: sir, we don't even have those
Me: the Fitbit is broke, and it's 4months old. Send a new one.
Her: ok
I wanted to play some final fantasy, but I have to update. Why the hell is the update always more than 4GB? Are you rewriting half the damn game? My game now has been updating for over an hour and I don't feel like playing anymore 😞
Trying to format a 2008 MBP. Luckily I had the disc, but having issues booting to the format screen. Anyone have an alternate method?
It's been a bit since I tooted. Maybe I should eat more beans... or have something to bitch about.

My laptop has died twice today while plugged in. It gets overheated and shuts down. 2012 MBP with 16gb RAM, 2.7i7 and 1TB ssd. I really don't want to buy the new ones because the specs are almost identical, and I don't like that touch bar. I thought I could hold out but it doesn't look like it.
Playing some #StarCraft! Brings back so many memories of 56k and LAN parties
Finally beat #FinalFantasyXV. It took a while mostly because I would take a few weeks off between playing, and I get caught up in side quests and fishing. Great game though. I love that they brought back some classic music for the ending. Time to play all the secret dungeons now!
I hate that anxiety feeling when you submit a pull request and you wait days to see if it's going to be accepted or not. I don't want to be that needy dev, but c'mon!
