#wollyweek is like all the people that go to the gym on Jan 1st. Good intentions but 95% won't keep it up. And I'm okay with that because I've enjoyed the community we've built here.
It's not like Mastodon needs users so it can serve ads to for revenue. Just take care of your instance admin(s) however you can whenever you can and all will be okay.
