I want to build my own sensor, but coud not find the sensor at pollin.de or conrad.de

Ebay. €30

You can have them somewhat cheaper at Aliexpress, but my experiences with Aliexpress dealers are rather mixed, so I prefer Ebay, or some of the usual Chinese wholesellers, like Banggood or DX.
