warnings. that expire after some time. we need a way to count offenses. that'd be great.
@CobaltVelvet I was idly wondering earlier today whether instance owners got metrics on, like, how many blocks someone on their instance has received. So if you see someone getting on a lot of blocklists, you can evaluate whether they need to get banned.
@tobascodagama Yes that would be a great tool, and maybe even the same across instances.
@CobaltVelvet Exactly. There probably need to be metrics answering the question "who/what do my users find problematic" beyond just reports. There are a lot of small aggressions that can fly under the radar, otherwise, by staying just barely inside the letter of the rules.
