#ebike #repair update: LBS manager sent email to different chap in e-bike company (not main service address), but I managed to speak to the CEO directly - he works in same office with the main service manager (which more should do!)
impressively he remembered me from when I first bought the bike (even though I have a fairly common Chinese family name and he visits China and SE Asia every few months!)
So at least everyone is now communicating and things should progress further soon..
