At last the replacement #ebike accu arrives: this time not made by Samsung and BMS works slightly differently (no real time charging display or USB port, but I suspect thats part of what went wrong with the one DHL lost).
The lad who gave me a lift to work today had to go to another office for an urgent job, but my employers paid for me to get a taxi back home.
hence the "extra" label on the box, there is nationwide paranoia about transporting accus after recent incident at London..
the #ebike controller was also sent back to the manufacturers for test (not DHL this time!) (they added a new DC connector and possibly the gaskets to keep out the North European weather, not sure if those were always there..)
(it is not easy to get all those cables back to the tiny space in front of the accu housing!)
I am really glad to see that last display and the wheels turning once again, now I must pack my panniers for tomorrow for the first time in 2 weeks..
