@CobaltVelvet I can get away with meowing at/with cats, but I have no doggos of my own and awooing at the pets of strangers could get me in trouble for noisemaking and"cross species misbehaviour".
In my country that might not justify a £350 fine, but the Court could issue a Criminal Behaviour Order that is the equivalent of an official "no awoo" warning 😆
