Back again for what is hopefully one of the last regular referrals (as my eyesight is now stable in both eyes and no worse than it was previously)

Curiously I don't remember putting my phone in silent mode getting out of the taxi but this has happened, some kind of geolocation and Google trying to "help" (sell to or trade data with) #NHS?
