I can't reach threads within my instance either. But that doesn't bother me either. Threads is accessible in Fediverse, but it's also commercial "Meta"... If I want to see something from it, I call up the page in the browser with Tracker-Blocking.
@Fanua - you are correct, mast.to is blocking Threads.net.
