>> Even if I believe your numbers (with no link), I can't help but do the math on the growth rate from 42.1 to 50 in the wake of unprecedented #Biden investment in solar perhaps proving my link correct

And that is on top of the lift that Biden #tariffs on #PV should have given to the domestic manufacturing sector.

Seems like a pretty fishy enterprise to raise prices with crippling tariffs on #EV and #PV for consumers and redirecting some of that money to union installation jobs

>> The US solar module manufacturing industry experienced record growth in 2024. Domestic module manufacturing capacity grew 190% year-over-year, from 14.5 GW at the end of 2023 to 42.1 GW at the end of 2024. This figure has grown to over 50 GW in early 2025.

>> There's plenty to disagree in this article…

Unlike what the author says, democracy did suddenly disappear once #Trump was re-elected.

But, there is plenty to agree as well.

Like, this could not have happened without the connivance of the #Democratic Party —

1. #Biden explicitly directed #Garland to ease Trump investigation ➡️ nbcnews.com/politics/justice-d

2. #Schumer is the weakest link. Wants to make sure everyone ELSE is fighting, so he’s not at risk ➡️ thenation.com/article/politics

>> Your utter contempt for Joe #Biden and us #Democrats who have supported him has made you spread some strange lies that are easily refuted.

Setting aside personal attacks and spreading lies about spreading lies, it is offensive to divide democrats using "us" vs "them."

There's plenty to disagree in this article, like Biden ONLY won because he promised his donors "Nothing will fundamentally change."

#KamalaHarris promised the same. Yet she lost.

>> #Trump says #Biden's name an average of 6 times a day — usually to lie in order to shift the blame for #Republicans' terrible policies onto #Democrats

"#Biden quadrupled #tariffs on #EV — from 25% to an eye-watering 100%…

Trump first imposed the tariffs, which are taxes paid by Americans…. After a review, Biden opted to keep all of the tariffs and even increase some of them — including on solar cells, batteries, computer chips, steel and aluminum."

@OutOfSpace

The most interesting part is how the whole thing has been hidden in plain sight.

#ConsumerCredit reached an all time high under the #Biden/ #Harris administration in the #USA. And while they tried to mitigate that somewhat by for instance restructuring programs for #StudentLoans, the double #burden of stagnating #wages and rising #inflation has pushed many households over the edge.

Now #Trump is adding way more inflation to the mix & laying off tens of thousands of govt #workers.

I'm no expert, but this seems like a good sign. Some power sharing now happening in #Syria

Amazing what has happened since a severely weakened Russia stopped propping up Assad. Some credit goes to #Zalenskyy , #Biden and all the other nations supporting #Ukraine fight against Putin's war machine.

The first #Trump admin & the #Biden admin characterized #China as the greatest threat to the #US & postured the force to prepare for & deter conflict in the Pacific region. But #Hegseth’s guidance is extraordinary in its description of the potential invasion of #Taiwan as the exclusive animating scenario that must be prioritized over other potential dangers—reorienting the vast US #military architecture toward the Indo-Pacific region beyond homeland defense.

During the #Biden admin, the #US military & #NATO had both started to treat #GlobalWarming in the Arctic as a matter of real #military concern. Whether that will continue under #Trump is an open question [is it?]. Even as Trump has tried to erase US-govt action on #ClimateChange, when he talks about #Greenland, he’s tacitly acknowledging that rising temperatures are rapidly changing that part of the world—& US interests there.

#Republicans continue to support #tariffs and #tax on benefits with zero evidence their methods will produce any positive effects.
In fact, the evidence pointing to historical errors are profound.

All this hope based on nothing is awesome. I only wish Democrats had half as much hope to invest US national security on. #Biden and #Obama handed Trump a stable economy and Republicans are hell bent on economic destruction.
