Angående Portugal så var mitt vaga minne att det var väldigt besvärligt att åka tåg dit. Men när jag kollade igår så var det lätt men långsamt. Det kanske är tillgänglighet på tidtabeller (utan att behöva lära sig spanska/portugisiska) och möjligheten att köpa spanska platsbiljetter online som underlättar.

Att behöva pussla ihop tider från olika sajter och kolla om #interrail gäller gör resan mer komplicerad. Kul att det blir lättare. 👍🏻 #tågtut

#DB was late indeed, but I got to Radstadt not too late anyway.

My hotel was close to the station horizontally, but with vertical dimension counted, a tad further.

The main street was like a set from a movie Twin Peaks goes Alpine. No spots, everything in order, mostly decoration related and other money swallowing shops, added with a tattoo parlour just to fool us.

A serpentine walking way seen from the edge of the city to the station. Way nicer to walk down in the sun, well rested, than climb up in the middle of the night, tired.
A view from the town: mountains with snow tops, some green stuff, houses in the bottom of a valley, a small very blurry planted evergreen tree in the front. Sun is shining hard core.
The central square. Pastel hued houses, a group of light green plastic sofas and recliners, just oversized enough to sit most comfortably sideways.
The main street. Old and new alpine style houses, spotless everywhere. Mountains in the back.

The #IBSIC25 working group meeting went fine, even if we didn't resolve all the problems of #MediaArt #Curating yet. #IBSIC was a very nice experience, meeting new and old friends, talking art, scorning entertainment, you know the drill. Next year again, if I stealthily managed to manipulate another moderator's post for me.

Anyway, #Interrail continues, I'm now on my 3,5 day journey to the next stop Skopje, going to overnight in Radstadt. 13-14 h #TrainTravel, depending on how late #DB will be.

Mooie dingen zien op interrail en mezelf een weg door Europa banen is allemaal maar ach.. maar nu ben ik toch ergens beland! Ik weet zeker dan een aantal van jullie op gaan springen van jaloezie als ze er achter komen..

Ok, interrailing and seeing nice parts of europe is all so and so, bit now I've ended up somewhere that I know will make A LOT of you really jealous.
