The email server is fully customizable via Docker mounted volumes for usage on a Virtual Private Server (). Just use the Docker registry provided by the project. 👇

Der eine Euro monatlich für ein @mailbox_org "Lite" E-Mail Konto ist seit ca 10 Jahren eins der besten Abos, die ich tätige.

Der Service funktioniert nicht nur super zuverlässig, sondern Mailbox.org hat die absolute Inhouse-Erfahrung mit Mailservern - das sieht man immer wieder an Slides, die durch das Internet geistern oder Präsentationen auf den hiesigen FOSS Veranstaltungen. Was ich sagen will: Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.

Kürzlich hat Lastschrift bei mir nicht funktioniert, aber kein Problem: Man hat mich freundlich (nicht vorwurfsvoll!) kontaktiert, mir einen Monat Laufzeit geschenkt und gebeten, die Bankdaten zu fixen.

If I have a catch-all email address, is there anyway in an Exim .forward file to look for <blah>+<anything>@<domain> and deliver it to <blah>@<domain> ? (Or save in <blah>’s mailbox)
The system is set up at the admin level to do this for <blah>-<anything>@<domain> but not +. #exim #mailserver

Ok what the heck, that looks like a thing to coordinatedly start on a Saturday 🫠

E.g. I have Maildir as format.
Now docs say Maildir is just kept alife with little effort blabla.

Sounds like I should change that 🤔
But to what? dbox?

For now, the fix is to pin 2.3 🤷🏼
