How is #Palestinian Authority (#PNA) President #Abbas living in #WestBank able to unequivocally distance #Palestinians from #Hamas, but Queen #Rania of #Jordan and #Democratic member of #Congress, Rashida #Tlaib, living in #Michigan, #USA aren't able to condemn Hamas.
I believe I prematurely gave a clean chit to both Rania & Tlaib. Will be more circumspect about Tlaib but will look for more evidence
The key term #Abbas used is *POLITICAL* solution, consistent with #US & international opinion, and which is what #OsloAccords are.
#Hamas, in contrast, has forcibly taken control of #Gaza, rejected Oslo Accords, refuses to recognize #Israel's existence, and seeks to completely destroy Israel militarily.

While Saturday’s attack on southern #Israel came from #Gaza, where #Hamas has control, #violence has also hit the #WestBank. Israeli forces killed 13 #Palestinians on Sunday, including one child, in the West Bank, acc/to the #UN.
