15ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)<br>

I've added 15ml of water per drink, upped the dose for two drinks, bottled the mix and store in freezer for a couple of hours.<br>
The I pour myself a good coupe and garnish with a lemon twist. <br>
<br>
It is a really good one, sweet but not too much, easily quaffable.<br>

60ml Cap Corse grande reserve quinquina blanc<br>
60ml still water<br>
4 dashes of olive bitter<br>
<br>
Bottle everything and let it freeze overnight along with two coupes.<br>
Be sure to let the cocktail warm up 15 minutes before serving (otherwise you'll drink a Martini slush!).<br>

30ml concentrated ginger juice<br>
The juice of one lime<br>
15ml simple sirup<br>
Shake&Strain in a Mule cup, top with kefir water and garnish with a cube of ginger.<br>
