Man muss es einfach machen, jede/r entscheidet selbst wann das Jahr des #Linux on Desktop startet.
Dual Boot ist m.M.n eher hinderlich, bei "spezieller SW" die unersetzbar lebenswichtig vom AG für MA verpflichtetend ist, ist ein win in einer vbox schnell erstellt.
#backups sind für Computerversteher selbstverständlich😅 und du hast Backups! 😁

Today I'm researching better workflows to backup databases, and create sanitised copies for local development.

I'm not able to find a great deal of informative discussion around best practice.

Is this stuff more obvious than I think - or is it so under-the-radar-unsexy that industry practice is just not very good?

I'm looking for #data on #CloudStorage providers, in an effort to:
a) sort out where I put my #backups, and
b) not trawl the internet to aggregate this data myself!

I'm looking for basic info (pricing; access protocols; hosting locations; data sovereignty), and also facts about the provider such as public/private ownership, tax residency, and ultimate beneficial ownership.
