Lots of names for this #celestial #spectacle: the #BloodMoon, the #FullMoon, even March's #WormMoon.

Most importantly, #MoonGazers, it's the #TotalLunarEclipse, and what we call the #Night of the #KrononautMoon, the Night when #TimeTravelers are invited to come visit, or send us a #quantum #signal from the #beyond!

The Krononaut Moon Project (@KronoMoon) is collecting Full Moon #photos from the far reaches of the #Fediverse, all Thursday Night & all Friday Night, 2025 Mar 13-14. We love a #MoonShot that includes #people in it (or Time Travelers!) — what we call a "#Moonsie". The Total Lunar Eclipse occurs around 07:00 UTC Friday.

Watch the Moon & #Stars this week, and please note any #anomalous #phenomena (#UFOs or #UAP). Share your #documentation with @KronoMoonPhotos & @KronoMoon, or contact: Photos@KronoMoon.org

@strk Indeed my bad for not having added this already, apologies! (but maybe we should double-check if the group is really fine to be referenced for faircamp support in public - I really don't know if that is the intent at all (not having been in the chat ever) or if it's strictly about discussion about political/community efforts beyond just having a faircamp page (mirlo, jam, bandwagon, webrings, further developments, etc.). (/cc @meljoann @axwax @keefmarshall - you have intel on that? :))

That provided, I'm happy to add it to the community resources section on the website itself of course - generally speaking is there any specific markup to reference/link to a matrix channel (protocol etc.) or should I just add something purely textual that mentions "#beyond-faircamp:thncs.de" in the text then?

💟 Happy #Valentine's Day from @KronoMoonPhotos & @KronoMoon! 💟

We are exactly 1 #Gregorian #month away from #March's #FullMoon — the #WormMoon, the #TotalLunarEclipse, and the #Night of the #KrononautMoon — when we attempt to make contact with #TimeTravelers.

There have been such attempts in the past, but this time will be the first ever #global #decentralized effort. We call this type of event version 2.0, or what one might call the #Fediversion!

#TimeTravelers are invited to visit or send a #quantum #signal to us on the night of the #Total #Lunar #Eclipse. #2025Mar14 will be the first of 3 #TLEs in the next year. Everyone, your friends, family, colleagues, #pets, and of course your #sweetheart are invited to participate however you like. Just venture out under the #Moon on Thursday &/or Friday night. #Fire up a #candle, a #bonfire, a #drumcircle or other greeting for #beings in the #beyond. Together we can become one with the #cosmos.

Better Plant-based Foods: While Impossible and Beyond Burgers are all the rage, a London study suggests better alternatives. #vegetarian #plantbased #impossible #beyond #labgrown

InstagramHoward G. Smith MD, AM on Instagram: "The Optimal Plant-based Foods While Impossible and Beyond Burgers are all the rage, a study from University College London and the University of Oxford, just published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, suggests better alternatives. Unprocessed legumes like beans, peas, and soybeans make the best meat and milk alternatives besting processed options like the veggie burgers, plant milks, and lab-grown meat. Beans, peas, and soybeans are minimally processed foods and are optimal choices for nutrition, health, environmental impact, and cost. The study data reveals that substituting beans and peas for meat and dairy cuts diet-related disease mortality by 10%, reduces greenhouse gas emissions by more than half, and lowers food costs by a third. While veggie burgers and plant milks had health benefits, they produced more emissions and were more expensive. Lab grown meat, generated from tissue cultures of animal cells, was the worst with few health benefits, creation of high emissions, and very expensive. https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.2319010121 #vegetarian #plantbased #impossible #beyond #labgrown"0 likes, 0 comments - drhowardsmithreports on February 12, 2025: "The Optimal Plant-based Foods While Impossible and Beyond Burgers are all the rage, a study from University College London and the University of Oxford, just published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, suggests better alternatives. Monday is January's #FullMoon — the #WolfMoon.

It's now exactly 2 #lunar cycles to the #TotalLunarEclipse on 2025 Mar 14, the Night of the #KrononautMoon, and our invitation to #TimeTravelers to come visit or send us a #quantum #signal. (To be followed by 2 more Total Lunar Eclipses in the next year!)

Here's our extended version #Checklist for the Night of the Krononaut Moon, a celebration of Time Travel. (Original post located here: me.dm/@KronoMoon/1136102025338).

☑️ Coming our way next on 2025 Mar 14 #UTC 07:00, 2 months from now.

☑️ #Observe the #Moon & #stars that night, wherever & however you like, with friends & colleagues or on your own. Local #times flexible.

☑️ #Connect with the #cosmos & with your #past & #future #selves. Send a #signal to #beings in the #future(s). #Candles & safe #campfires are good; #music & #dancing are good; #radio #wave #antennas are good. Be experimental!

☑️ Click & share many #photos of the #Moon, with you (and your #family / #pets) under it — what we call a #Moonsie — and any nearby #UFOs. Share your #images with @KronoMoon & @KronoMoonPhotos.

☑️ #Enjoy a deepened #moment of #peace, #love, #authenticity & #meaning, with other #Mastodonians around the #world & #beyond — wherever you are.

Time Travel: obscure & cryptic little ad in Artforum Magazine from 45 years ago proves more relevant today than back in 1980.

#Scientific #research, #spiritual #quest, or #conceptual #art, it's an invitation to make contact with Time Travelers — or Visitors from the Future(s) — at what some call a landing reception. Today, the ongoing work of The Krononaut Moon Project continues at full steam on #Mastodon & #Fediverse.

🌠 🐘 🛸

The historic ad appeared in the magazine's 1980 Jan issue, announcing a gathering to occur two years later on 1982 Mar 09, inviting #Krononauts or #TimeTravelers to beam down to #Baltimore #MD #US. The hundreds of attendees at the night's festivities were documented by a #NYTimes #newspaper reporter. Later, others would organize their own inter-dimensional meet-ups in #Perth #AU, #MIT #US, and #Cambridge #UK. (All were landing receptions of type-1.0. See links below & on our other @KronoMoon pages for details.)

The Artforum ad can be found in #library collections and on the "Time Travel" page of #Wikipedia.

Baltimore's event was timed for a full #Moon & a rare #planetary alignment in 1982, known to #astronomers as a #syzygy. It was the prototype for today's more evolved type-2.0 "experimentations, observations & celebrations" taking place under the shadow of the #TotalLunarEclipse — the night of the #KrononautMoon. There will be 3 #TLEclipses in 2025 & 2026, with the next one coming up on 2025 Mar 14 #UTC 07:00, barely months away.

❛❛ On the Night of the Total Lunar Eclipse,
Time Travelers descend in their space-time ships. ❜❜

All sentient beings are welcome to join us in connecting with the #cosmos, the #multiverse, and your #past & #future #selves. Even folks who gripe that this is utter absurdity are invited (despite the #thinking of a few enlightened #quantum #physicists). Or, you might choose to spend a peaceful evening by yourself under the #stars, on a #sacred #mountaintop, at the #beach, or in your own #backyard. The more diverse are these experimental approaches, the greater the likelihood of meaningful contact. Or, you could bring along your friends & colleagues, your grandparents & grandkids, your #CatsOfMastodon & #DogsOfMastodon (and don't forget a #camera for lots of @KronoMoonPhotos). Watch the skies for #UFOs, #UAP, or a #signal from the #beyond. Who can know who might show up? The #fullMoon will be shining bright on that night, before it goes dark, and then shines bright again, all in an hour or so. Participants will be contributing to the greater body of Community Time Travel Research. Become a fellow #MoonWatcher on 2025 March 14, wherever you are.
