I do have a black cocoa powder in the cabinet, so I'll use that instead.
Also, #protip, don't line your mold with plastic wrap if you're going to pop yours into the freezer to set up. The wrap will tend to tear, leaving annoying little bits of plastic around that you'll need to pull off with tweezers. Nobody wants that, tbh.

Today's random baking #protip
If you want a shiny, crackly surface to your bread but have a hard/impossible time getting it (like I do, I have a gas oven and it's near-impossible) you can get one with a quick starch glaze. Mix flour and water in a 1:10 mix (1g flour per 10g water), nuke it for a few seconds and stir to properly gelatinize the starch, and brush it on the loaf before scoring and popping it in the oven.
You get a lovely, shiny crust. Mmmm, tasty.
