Wouldn’t it be easier to have a blacklist for cookie domains?

There is already: NoScript and predefined lists. Or Pi-Hole.
But thats my point… Why clear them when you can just block them to begin with?

If you forbid JS for a domain or cut it of completely (Pi-Hole) that domain can neither write nor read cookies.
Some websites don't work properly when JS disabled or cookie setting forbidden. Ok, let them set their cookies and let "Cookie Autodelete" take care.
