@frankiesaxx here's my recipe: olive oil, garlic, salt, bit of sugar, cayenne, any herbs you feel like. roast. serve 😂

I usually use some cinnamon, nutmeg or allspice with pumpkin. I feel like it draws out the flavour

we call this "new spice" here lol
i never thought of using it for anything but tomato sauce or when cooking beef. i must explore this sometime
