From time to time I have tried in vain to have a “normal” sleep schedule. It was highly counterproductive in the end. I’m usually the most energetic, creative, and productive between 1 and 7 p.m. as well as between 11 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. I get most of my work done within these time slots. Conversely, outside these hours, I am mostly low-energy and frankly, half-asleep just going through the motions.
