His only "crime" was hanging out with friends at the wrong place at the wrong time. At the time, ICE agents realized he wasn't the person they were looking for. "Take him anyway." Merwil is now sitting in CECOT where he will probably live out his remaining days. </p><p>These examples will keep emerging over time, until it's undeniable that most people sent to that hell-hole were rounded up indiscriminately. They sleep on metal platforms or the floor & aren't provided sheets, mattresses, pillows etc. Each cell has 2 toilets 2 sinks. No place to bathe. No privacy. No access to the outside world.
