For at least the second time, the UPC Court of Appeal has reversed a first instance decision that I thought clearly correct. It has ruled that the UPC has jurisdiction to determine damages after a decision from a national court on infringement. I had better stop predicting.

The U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS), a San Francisco-based Circuit Court of Appeal, allowed advertisers to "try to prove that their damages" stemmed of alleged misconduct. They claim that their "could exceed $7 billion".

Meta said, this particular circuit "gives too much deference to federal district judges who initially certify class actions, including in the advertisers' case."

  • You know that due to massive #damages and #chargebacks, #carding #fraudsters basically need to match both #ISP and #Geolocation of the victim who's credentials they stole jist to have a chance to be able.to cashout at all, and not have said card automatically blocked and the issuer demanding the owmer to 2FA in order to do any transaction whatsoever...

Otherwise yeah: Use a #PasswordManager and have indovodualized credentials for everything!!!
