Xiomaro<p>Well, this was a fun “speaking engagement.” I visited a local school to introduce a pre-K class to Latin culture. In addition to playing some music, I acquainted them with the “other” banana – the plaintain, a staple in Latin food as well as in cuisines of various African and Asian regions.
