De esta forma, los últimos dos domingos, además del miércoles, se ha impedido el acceso a muchas webs durante bastantes horas. Pero también durante el resto de los días se han sufrido numerosísimos microcortes muy molestos.Hay que tener las cosas bien claras: se puede entender la legitimidad de que un negocio denuncie a quien vulnera sus derechos de retransmisión, pero no es aceptable que lo haga a costa de los derechos de todos los demás al impedir el acceso a webs completamente legales. Ni Cloudflare ni las VPN merecen ser puestas en una lista negra por proteger la privacidad de sus clientes.Ojalá alguna asociación de consumidores se haga eco de las quejas y les obligue a rectificar urgentemente, pero me da la sensación de que la cosa solamente puede escalar. Aparecerán webs espejo con los streamings en otras ips (ajenas a Cloudflare incluso), LaLiga intentará bloquearlas a toda costa y llegará un momento en que se pillen las manos con alguna web importante que les exija rectificación. De hecho, ya están acusando a Google de lucrarse con ello y <a href="https://www.3djuegos.com/tecnologia/noticias/problemas-para-entrar-instagram-telegram-bluesky-no-eres-unico-todo-culpa-problema-movistar-espana" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">se reportaron problemas para acceder a Instagram</a>, pero de momento todo parece seguir en pie.Actualización:Parece que ya <a href="https://www.xataka.com/legislacion-y-derechos/bloqueos-ips-cloudflare-laliga-estan-pagando-justos-pecadores-justos-se-plantean-acciones-legales" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">hay varias iniciativas para estudiar una posible demanda a LaLiga</a>.
