En 2022, le ministère a même recommandé aux établissements de ne pas appliquer la loi, dans une circulaire heureusement annulée par le Conseil d’Etat. »« L’enseignement supérieur repose ainsi en grande partie sur le travail effectué par ces agents privés de tous les droits des contractuels et des fonctionnaires, y compris le plus fondamental : être payé en temps et en heure. »« Après tant de sombres constats, il est temps de relever la tête.
