muıııo<p>I usually have 1 <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/banana" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>banana</span></a>, 1/2 scoop <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/whey" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>whey</span></a> <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/protein" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>protein</span></a> + 1/2 scoop <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/vegan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>vegan</span></a> protein + 4 Brazil <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/nuts" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>nuts</span></a> and a couple of other nuts for breakfast. Somehow this makes me nauseated and just doesn't seem to sit well with my stomach. Oh, and a few <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/supplements" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>supplements</span></a> - <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/creatine" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>creatine</span></a>, <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/vitamins" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>vitamins</span></a> C&D, vitamin B complex, <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/magnesium" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>magnesium</span></a>, fish oil. I also used to take <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/psyllium" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>psyllium</span></a> husk but it just makes the breakfast feel even heavier. Gotta see which of all these elements may be upsetting my stomach...</p>
