Nadine McSpadden 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️💙💚Is there some trick to using a Neti pot that I'm missing? I use distilled water and the salt packets you can buy at CVS. I pour half thru one nostril and half thru the other. And it does nothing that I can tell.
