Mika<p>I'm not a filmmaker, but I've been using <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/Kdenlive" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Kdenlive</a> to make some simple video edits, here and there ever since I moved to <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/Linux" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Linux</a>, and I far loved it over all other video editors I've used (for my use case) including <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/Adobe" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Adobe</a>'s <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/PremierePro" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#PremierePro</a>, <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/Apple" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Apple</a>'s <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/FinalCutPro" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#FinalCutPro</a>, and <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/Sony" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Sony</a>'s <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/VEGASPro" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#VEGASPro</a><span>.<br><br>I even edited all of our wedding videos - 1 for my side of the wedding, and another for the bride's side of the wedding using Kdenlive. Boggles my mind how this super easy to use yet so much more powerful video editor than I need it to be is </span><a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/FOSS" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#FOSS</a>. Definitely one of <a href="https://sakurajima.social/tags/KDE" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#KDE</a><span>'s best app yet, the only other KDE app that I think is on par in terms of quality and UI/UX is probably Dolphin (tho there are others that come quite close).<br><br>RE: </span><a href="https://floss.social/users/kdenlive/statuses/113884216550993840" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://floss.social/users/kdenlive/statuses/113884216550993840</a></p>
