Samantha OhlsenIf you want to take to the air via helicopter or light plane to see the Great Ocean Road - go in the warmer months as there is usually less cloud cover. Try to book a spot as close to sunset as possible. To do this you may need to book a doors off helicopter or plane flight. If you wish to book a flight like this then these are the 3 operators to offer this service: Apollo Bay Aviation (helicopters) Twelve Apostles helicopters Skydive Twelve Apostles (light plane) No matter which one you choose you must email them ahead of time to book a doors off experience. Samantha OhlsenIf you want to take to the air via helicopter or light plane to see the Great Ocean Road - go in the warmer months as there is usually less cloud cover. Try to book a spot as close to sunset as possible. To do this you may need to book a doors off helicopter or plane flight. If you wish to book a flight like this then these are the 3 operators to offer this service: * Apollo Bay Aviation (helicopters) * Twelve Apostles helicopters * Skydive Twelve Apostles (light plane) No matter which one you choose you must email them ahead of time to book a doors off experience. The light plane option is the cheapest option per hour.
