Time since I've opened a support ticket asking if a website could please give us the option to include alt-text in images we upload:
Fur Affinity: 527 days. 116 days since they closed it saying "we'll forward it to our team and see"
Inkbunny: 526 days
DeviantArt: 473 days
-
Again: I don't expect them to do it "right now" but I'd sure love a positive reply like "damn, you're right, we need this!"
And I dislike FA closing the ticket before either implementing OR declining it.
As someone that works with tickets myself:
They're my only direct relation to a user and their problem or question.
If FA closes the ticket like that, even IF they ever decide to implement it, I doubt there'll ever be a connection to my ticket, or an update or a reply to me.
I personally would've preferred if they kept it open until they have a final "yes" or "no".
(Of course I'd also complain about getting a "no", but for other reasons. )
But maybe they handle things different internally.
I could also try the same at e621, but I already have enough shit to deal with their users wrongly tagging images, I don't know if I want to open that can of worms.
Oh, I totally forgot I also asked for alt-text in the Steam community
