@KazuShuSora If you like #SwordArtOnline, #LogHorizon might be interesting, although it's not that hot blooded. Or for an older "trapped in the game" anime, there is .hack//sign (how would you turn that into a tag? #DotHackSign?)
For another "virtual world" anime, by I think the same creator as SAO, there's #AccelWorld, although the character is more vulnerable.

all come to mind. If they don't mind me tagging them. They may also have accounts that they fuck with for those topics as well
I talk about anime and gaming too but from your list we don't have many works in common that we both enjoyed/wanna talk about. I'm happy to chat i just don't wanna kill the vibe if you're looking for excited discussion about SAO or whatever
Devil Survivor is good though. Both games,
and i do still enjoy TTGL and Kaguya-sama, so there's that.

I like following my friend's watching habits. It's a decent way to start conversations too.

@KazuShuSora Nice! The two services are roughly similar for sure. I like Anilist's lists and UI better, but it's very much personal preference.
Because I'm not on MAL, I don't really check it. I'll give your profile a look, but I'm def not a frequent user on that site

Also some ratings were done by way younger me and I am not so sure if I'd still agree
