@urlyman Good question. This is about access. Blue zone is the true COP. Delegates, press, observers, you need an official partner and it's limited. Green zone is open.

But I think COP is all about access to secret channels anyway. Always has been. Everyone only gets through certain doors. Deals of various flavours must have been common. This is just a timely reminder
