Me: No, I'm quite certain that this "mumbling" by the Japanese guy is...Japanese. (despite him mumbling it)

God, stop captioning foreign languages with "(foreign language)" and such shit!
If people speaking the language could HEAR the information, they should also be able to READ it!

So many shows do that, treat people that need the captions equally!
