Wenn das so knapp an der Grenze mit 5% ist, dann wird das Problem der verlorenen Briefwahlstimmen aus dem Ausland noch mal interessant.

Denn wenn nur wenige Stimmen darüber entscheiden, wäre das wirklich kritisch.
