I don’t think this is actually a quote from PP. I can’t find a source that is not just this image of white text on pink, circulating on Facebook.

It does sound a lot like his usual MAGA-infused rabble-rousing and toxic grievance politics, and he did congratulate Trump (as did Trudeau.)

But I don’t think it’s an actual thing he said, and I think we should be wary of boosting misinformation.
