Unfortunately Oban won't be officially supported until opentelemetry_oban is updated to support latest #OpenTelemetry Semantic Conventions. You will be able to use its fork though like I did.

We're gonna ship tracing support working with Phoenix, Bandit and Ecto initially and that's a great start!

Looks like better observability for #rstats is coming! @gaborcsardi is developing an opentelemetry R package that provides an interface to #OpenTelemetry - enabling R users to instrument their code with traces, metrics & logs in a vendor-agnostic way.
